Terms and Conditions | Design Express

By accessing or using the Design Express website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
Design Express provides professional interior design services including space planning, mood boards, furniture and accessory sourcing, color scheme guidance, styling, and consultation. All services are customized to each client and outlined before the project begins.

2. First-Time Client Offer
First-time clients are eligible for a complete design package valued at $750+ for $250. This includes space planning, mood boards, color direction, sourcing, and revisions until the project is complete.

3. Payment
Payment for services is required before the project begins. Furniture, materials, and other third-party purchases are billed separately from design fees.

4. Revisions
All design packages include unlimited revisions until the project is complete.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if the project has not yet started. Once design work has begun, refunds are not provided.

6. Limitation of Liability
Design Express is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by third-party vendors, manufacturers, or shipping companies.

7. Updates to Terms
Design Express reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
